Product Return Procedures

– Fill out the form below and we will email you a return shipping label.
– You may return the item up to 90 days from the purchase date.
– For Warranty and exchanges when purchased through SoftStartUp directly, and outside of our 90-day return window, contact our tech support team to verify the unit qualifies for an exchange. If you purchased the product elsewhere, kindly contact the seller who sold the product to you.
NOTE: We will not issue refunds until the product has arrived at our returns facility, inspected and processed into our system. It can take up to 21 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Thank you for your understanding.
