We will not ship your exchange product until the returned product has arrived at our returns facility.

4. If your exchange products are SoftStartRVs and you need to seek help installing them from a third party, send us their paid invoice and we will reimburse you up to $150 for 2 SSRVs installation, and $75 for one SSRV installation. Note: Our “White Glove Tech Support” is free over the phone.
